What do you really eat?
I'm Christy and my eyes opened up to the world of food and what people eat when I first tried octopus at Jungle Jim's with my girl scout troop many years ago. If I'd known what it was I’d probably think it was gross. I was tricked into eating it; no one would tell me what it was. I don't back down from too much when I'm asked to do something so I went for it. To my astonishment, it tasted like rubbery chicken. It made me realize that how you perceive food can be completely different than what it actually is.
